At the foot of the ancient city, on the moat, several small antique-style boats staged scenes of interception and battle. A huge ancient boat approached from the opposite direction, making visitors feel as if they had traveled back to the war-torn Three Kingdoms era and were personally attending a grand and prosperous wedding ceremony a thousand years ago.

In order to promote Guan Gong culture and enhance the city image of “Righteous Jingzhou”, Hubei Jinglv Group has hired the planning and creative team behind the opening and closing ceremonies of the Beijing Olympic Games and the Nanjing Youth Olympic Games to plan and produce the large-scale live-action drama “Liu Bei’s Marriage Arrangement”. Set against the backdrop of the ancient city walls of Jingzhou, this unique live-action performance is created in the waters of the Jiulongyuan moat. On the evening of the 16th, a trial performance of the large-scale live-action drama “Liu Bei’s Marriage Arrangement” was held in the waters of the Jiulongyuan moat. The spectacular performance took audiences back to the Three Kingdoms era thousands of years ago, offering a journey through time.

The play mainly revolves around the classic story of Liu Bei occupying Jingzhou during the Three Kingdoms period and the marriage alliance between Sun and Liu. The performance of the play “Liu Bei’s Marriage” lasts about one and a half hours. Visitors travel through the beautiful scenery of the ancient city on boats with a strong Chu and Han style. Additionally, there are several small antique boats in the water area, staging scenes of interception and battle. At the same time, the masts and planks of the “marriage boat” will tilt, creating the illusion of the boat tilting, making visitors feel as if they have traveled back to the war-torn Three Kingdoms era and become part of the wedding procession, experiencing a grand and beautiful wedding ceremony a thousand years ago. The play integrates a grand wedding ceremony with intense naval battles, presenting a magnificent performance scene that highlights the allusions of Jingchu culture and wedding customs. Different from ordinary plays, this play is performed on boats, and Liu Bei’s “marriage boat” resembles a portable stage.

The “wedding boat” was also designed by Shen Qingping, a renowned domestic choreographer. This performance boasts at least three highlights. Firstly, the boat where Liu Bei got married is the biggest attraction. The boat has three floors, with the first and second floors each covering 350 square meters, and the third floor totaling 800 square meters. This boat serves as a massive and magical stage, capable of being transformed and expanded, with a maximum area of over 1,000 square meters. Secondly, the entire performance features beautiful and fantastical lighting and shadow effects. On clear nights, this show will be presented in the evening. Additionally, audiences can sit on the boat to watch the performance, allowing for both experience and interaction. During the performance, the large boat sails on the river, creating a historical atmosphere that immerses the visitors. This nationally pioneering warship-style large mechanical water stage perfectly integrates the on-site water mechanical stage, which can change angles and spaces for performances, with underwater dock devices.

The main loudspeaker V310 innovatively adopts a three-way coaxial arrangement design for MF and tweeter, placing the sound emission centers of the MF and tweeter drivers on the same axis, achieving propagation characteristics akin to an ideal point-source. It effectively improves vertical directivity, projecting sound energy more intensively towards the audience area, thereby greatly reducing driver distortion. Combined with neodymium magnetic drivers comprehensively used in high, mid, and low-frequency speakers, the system creates a low-curvature wavefront while ensuring high sensitivity, compact size, and light weight. This wavefront enables sound to be transmitted over long distances with minimal energy attenuation, ensuring astonishing consistency in sound pressure levels across the front and back of large venues. Ultimately, it brings users an excellent listening experience with uniform coverage, extremely low distortion, and rich dynamics.
