Overview
The SM46 self-adaptive sound field processor is designed to address the adverse listening sensation caused by the interaction between electronic acoustics and physical acoustics in professional sound reinforcement system applications. It is a breakthrough and innovative high-tech product in the audio domain.
The SM46 adaptive sound field processor is based on a world-leading audio research and development platform. This product is the first to implement 4096 high-order real-time FIR acoustic phase calibration processor using SINECORE technology and FPGA algorithm, effectively solving the impact of system delay caused by traditional DSP audio processing mode on sound quality transmission, achieving a 3D standard that incorporates Ultra clear sampling / High order operations / Accurate calibration, in order to optimize on-site sound amplification and truly achieve a “what you see is what you get”.

With the specific requirements of professional sound reinforcement application scenarios, commensurate professional sound reinforcement systems have also become diversified. The speaker selection and layout are also becoming more complex, so that more coherent audio content in the same space is amplified by multiple speakers at the same time. Serious acoustic interference problems thus follow. The phase distortion and comb filtering caused by the interaction between complex frequencies seriously affect the sound quality level, These impacts will also far exceed the capabilities of traditional DSP audio phase processing, and the system delay generated by the audio processing mechanism of serial computers will also become an important factor affecting the quality of sound reinforcement. Audio system engineers need to spend a lot of time solving this problem.
